Payment Policies

✦ Direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross, Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, GreenShield, Sunlife, NIHB and FNHA

✦ Receipts are provided for submission to other insurance providers. Resolve Therapy does not guarantee coverage.

✦ Debit and credit are accepted.

✦ Payment is required at the time of each session.

✦ A sliding scale is available to those who demonstrate financial need.

✦ You are responsible for confirming your insurance coverage before each session.

Cancellations

Please cancel more than 24 hours before the start of your appointment to avoid the full appointment fee.

Confidentiality Regulations

We will not share your information with anyone without your written consent unless:

✦ There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or someone else.

✦ You disclose that a child or vulnerable person is at risk of harm.

✦ We are subpoenaed by the court.
